Our NOA=H courses (Neglect, Omission, Abuse = Harm) take safeguarding beyond a tick-box exercise, delivering effective, memorable, and practical training.

Introductory
E-learning course for staff new to safeguarding.

Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training

Care Today is proud to collaborate with Ginare-Medilink to equip healthcare and social care staff with the skills to deliver safe, compassionate, and informed care to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

  • Tier 1 — 90 minutes of e-learning and an hour-long online session.
  • Tier 2 — the same e-learning, plus a day of face-to-face training.

Ryan, who has lived experience of autism and learning disabilities, delivers the courses, adding insight, authenticity, and value.

Tier 2 is mandatory for domiciliary care or supported-living staff in contact with autistic individuals and people with learning disabilities under the Health and Care Act 2022.
